If Terron has his way he won’t be on the only member of the Beckham family terrorizing NFL fields this season. Terron, who is the cousin of Odell, earned an invite to the New York Jets rookie camp after the draft was over.

The 23 year old said he will work as a running back during the camp and his excitement was evident, as he told the New York Daily News “I’m shaking right now, boss”
The Jets were one of seven NFL clubs that put Beckham through a private workout following a spectacular pro day workout that drew plenty of scouting attention. At the conclusion of the draft, they were the quickest to call to get him into camp.
Terron Beckham has been working to follow in the footsteps of his more famous cousin, and his impressive athleticism has drawn the eyes of plenty of pro scouts. His pro day workout at TEST Sports Clubs in Martinsville, N.J., earlier this month drew scouts from the Giants, Jets, Colts, 49ers and Raiders, and he delivered workout-warrior numbers to all those in attendance, benching 225 pounds 36 times and running 40-yard dash times between 4.40 and 4.53 seconds.
Last year around this same time, Terron was just trying to get a personal trainer business going but clearly those plans are on hold.
Terron hasn’t played real football since he was in high school but he definitely has the right genes to be able to adjust to the pro level, although to be honest, if he does make the league he will be a project as first so don’t expect him to have the same impact as his cousin anytime soon.
