Columbus Short has just tested positive for Cocaine and Marijuana after violating his probation in a felony case. That leads Short to three years of supervised probation after he plead no contest to the assault case. The assault charge came from a altercation that happened at a family gathering.
The result of the gathering lead to one man having a concussion and a fractured eye socket. Short was given probation, community service, and also had to attend anger management counseling. Ludlow B. Creary II, Short’s lawyer says,
“It’s our belief that Mr. Short is going to continue to make progress”.
