Last January, The Weeknd had quite a rowdy night in Vegas, and ended up being arrested after punching a cop in the head while reportedly trying to break up a separate fight. Appearing in court in October, the XO singer pled no contest to battery of a protected person as part of a plea deal, which stated that he must stay out of trouble, complete 50 hours of community service at a non-profit, take impulse control counseling, an alcohol evaluation and pay $1,000 to the District Attorney’s Victim Witness Center: Injured Police Fund. Sheesh!

This past February, the State filed to close the case early due to the singer taking care of business in record time, and at the hearing on April 21, the judge ordered the case to be dismissed and The Weeknd can now get in trouble all he wants, as he is completely in the clear. It’s lit.
