The talented Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band were in Brooklyn for their country wide “River” tour and they dedicated their last two songs to the late great Prince.
They took time out of their show to honor their late friend Prince with a cover of two of his songs. They opened their show with a cover of “Purple Rain”. The whole band came in dressed in purple, the stage and the lighting was all lit with purple to honor the legend. He even addressed the crowd at one point and shared something he felt about Prince every time he left one of his shows.
“Whenever I saw Prince, I left the show humbled.”
