Yes, the death of Prince has broken the hearts of many fans worldwide but that doesn’t mean we have to completely mourn in sadness. Many have chosen to celebrate his legacy. The cast of the very successful Broadway production “Hamilton” does just that, dancing excitedly to “Let’s Go Crazy” at one of their live shows.

Hamilton just keeps on taking W’s. Having already won a Grammy in February, their popularity skyrocketed especially after creator/composer/star Lin-Manuel Mirada famously rapped his acceptance speech.
Looking to honor someone who has probably made a major impact on his career, Lin-Manuel Mirada reads the intro part of “Let’s Go Crazy”. One of the lines that sticks out now when listening to the song is:
“But I’m here to tell you, there’s something else. The afterworld, a world of never-ending happiness. You can always see the sun, day or night.”
As soon as he’s done reading the intro, the cast breaks out into dance, while the nostalgic 80’s sounding beat of “Let’s Go Crazy” plays in the background. Take a look below.
