Japan got hit with an Earthquake Friday and Saturday as I reported. There was also an Earthquake in Ecuador Saturday night.
Ecuador was hit with a devestating Earthquake late Saturday night. With a magnitude of 7.8, that earthquake destroyed many building and left many homes without electricity. To add insult to injury, the earthquake hit the most populated city of Ecuador, Guayaquil.
The death toll has reached about 235 and is expected to rise. Also more than 1500 people wounded.
“It was the worst experience of my life.” said survivor Jose Meregildo.
“Everybody in my neighborhood was screaming saying it was the end of the world.”
Let’s hope this isn’t a sign for worse things to come, keep Ecuador in our prayers!
