We remember Farrah from her recent Twitter run-in with Nicki Minaj. Well, she’s back at it again with some more controversy. She recently posted a picture on Instagram and it caused quite a stir in her comments.
It appears that Farrah got some work done to her face, or shall I say some more work done to her face? Anyway, the picture may have just been taken at a bad angle.
