As I reported yesterday, Japan had two earthquakes back to back of high magnitudes. Sadly, there is more bad news. That Japan earthquake has taken more lives and left more injured.
If you remember yesterday from my last post, it was reported that the death total for the Earthquake was only 9 but with many more injuries. That death toll continues to rise now. It was now reported this morning, that number has risen from 9 to about 35 with about 150 more injuries. To make matters worse, at least 100,000 homes are without electricity and about 385,000 are without running water. Not only that, but there are many more civilians trapped under debris. There are currently about 2,000 people receiving hospital treatment and about 92,000 residents of Kumamoto have evacuated their homes.
All we can do is just keep Japan in our prayer and hope for the best.
