Just one day after being diagnosed with breast cancer, Janice Dickinson found out that the court would allow her deformation lawsuit against Bill Cosby to move forward. While speaking with reporters she says “This is a victory for all women. I will not go down.”
Bill’s lawyer tried to get the case thrown out but as we see here, that did not work out too easily. Dickinson filed the lawsuit last year. You can tell this one outraged Cosby as he called her a liar and denied all of the allegations. Dickinson says,
“I want Bill Cosby in court. I want him to stand under oath.”
Lisa Bloom, who represents Dickinson took to Twitter to show how happy she was to hear the news. She released her statement and said,
