After spending the latter part of 2015 behind bars and finally being released earlier this year, Migos rapper Offset is locked up again…and this is the second time this month.

In the early hours of this morning, Offset got pulled over in GA and cops found weed, so he was locked up for marijuana possession, obstruction of justice and driving on a suspended license. No word on what caused them to actually pull him over, as last time it was his tinted windows – which I’d hope he’s gotten fixed by now. He was also booked on the license issue last time, so perhaps it was never corrected in the system? Could he be that dumb to have just never fixed it? I guess we’ll know soon enough…
