What better way to get people to help clean up the neighborhood then the bribe of FREE weed? A Colorado Springs Cannabis club, offered free weed to those who contributed to a good deed. The owner of the pothole wanted to do something nice for the community. Kinda sad that it took a bribe to get people to do it but hey. He is currently expecting over 100 people to show up. I mean, who’s tuning down free weed?
