This time, Kingston is being sued by Haimov Jewelers in Florida, after he reportedly picked up a Rolex and a diamond bracelet, and didn’t make good on his signed IOU for the next day. According to the lawsuit, Kingston traded in a used Rolex for a new model worth $59k, and the balance owed was $25k. The bracelet was $19k. He then signed the receipt, agreeing to pay the next day – and never did. Haimov Jewelers is suing for the money owed.
