How sick would you be if you had to spend the night in jail knowing you were wrongfully arrested? Apparently Migos’ Offset was arrested by accident. Yesterday we reported that he was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Well that is not exactly what happened.

A clerk at Atlanta Municipal Court says that Offset was pulled over for tinted windows. Police saw that he had an outstanding warrant and left him in jail overnight. Today Offset was able to post bail for $1,900. The rappers claimed that he paid his $316 suspended license ticket back in December. That should have cleared him of all pending charges. Well Offset was right. He should not have been arrested. This incident will not affect his probation and he will be getting his money back.
