According to researches at The University of Minnesota show that there will soon be male birth control available. Dr. Gunda Georg and her team have been discussing a solution that doesnt focus so much on hormones.
Dr. Gunda Georg said,
“The research on hormonal methods of male birth control involving testosterone has been going on for decades, but nothing has come to market. We’re now focusing on non-hormonal approaches.”
For 20% males, testosterone treatments don’t work and can come with side effects such as eating which can cause weight gain. After doing research and testing treatments on animals, researchers say they are close to getting the final product.
