Cam’Ron has a big year ahead of him. As he crafts what is reportedly set to be his final album, the Harlem rapper has debuted a brand new web series, and revealed that he is his own sneaker coming with Reebok in a few months. Lit!

Giles Investigation will take Cam throughout his old hood, finding and interviewing some of the known drug dealers from back in his day. In the debut episode, Cam speaks to a man named Face, who went on from drug dealing to become a notable comic on Def Comedy Jam and Comic View. The series lives on YouTube for now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Killa inked a deal with maybe TIDAL or even Apple, as they’re now pushing for original programming as well.

As for his Reebok sneaker, FADER reveals it will be inspired by his 2004 album Purple Haze, and feature a purple upper with a pink insole. The expected release date is 4/20. I’m not into sneakers like that, but this is a MUST for me. Dip Set, b*tch!
