More news on Jay-Z’s streaming service TIDAL.
According to recent reports TIDAL has given the boot to the higher-ups, once again firing their CFO and COO. In a statement to Complex, TIDAL revealed; “Tidal has terminated CFO Chris Hart and COO Nils Juell,” adding, “As Tidal has grown into a global operation serving 46 countries we have moved our accounting and operations team to New York while our technology team and key support staff remain in Oslo.”
This is not the first time TIDAL has brought out drastic changes. Back in 2015, TIDAL lost their Chief investment officer Vania Schlogel and also brought on their third CEO in the short lifetime of the company. This news comes shortly after the company was blasted by Yesh Music, LLC. with a lawsuit for not paying royalties to artists.
