Rafael Linares has now filed a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian for a car crash that happened in March of 2014. He says Kim K smashed into his car while he was driving on Sunset Blvd.
The lawsuit says,
“Plaintiff sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability.”
Linares is suing for the cost of his medical treatments, property damage, loss of income and impaired earning capacity. Kim was making a left turn when she smashed into the driver. The two met at a nearby hotel, exchanged info and hugged goodbye. What a friendly departure for a not so friendly lawsuit.
