Bill Cosby just put his defamation lawsuit against supermodel Beverley Johnson on hold. According to reports, Cosby and his team of lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the defamation case against the supermodel. In the suit he claims she purposely slandered Cosby in order get people talking about her again.
Cosby is currently dealing with the Andrea Constand case and simply can not focus on all the cases at one time. Cosby’s lawyers state however, once the Constand case is over with, the defamation suit will be refiled, before the statute of limitations runs out.
