This case is getting super messy. There is now a video of Kesha’s deposition taking in 2011. She was asked if Dr.Luke had sexually assaulted and drugged her. To both questions she answered no. The source was put out in the open by one of Dr.Luke’s people. As you can see the tape was edited to cut to certain parts. Kesha’s mother is also in the video denying being told anything about the accusations.
Kesha claims that she lied under oath because she was threatend by Dr.Luke Kesha claims Luke threatened her and her family if she didn’t cover up the assault. Mark Garagos a representative of Kesha’s says,
“He’s pathetic vermin. This guy is nothing more than his generation’s Bill Cosby. Interestingly, they both impersonate doctors.”
Ouch!
