Snapchat is about to get even more lit. In the last few months, we’ve seen more and more geotags be rolled out for the cities we frequent, but we’ve also seen some special ones for one-time only events. For example, I attended Future’s Purple Reign tour in Reading, PA over the weekend, and he had his very own tour filter for the night! (You can check it out in the gallery.)

Now, you’ll be able to make your own events more special, as Snapchat has rolled out a feature for an “on-demand” geofilter that allows people and businesses to pay for custom filters. Prices range from $5 to in the thousands, and it depends on variables such as whether you’re going to need it for one hour or one month, and whether you need it to cover 20,000 square feet (part of a city block) or up to 5,000,000 square feet (several city blocks.)

The on-demand filters are available now in the US, UK and Canada, with more locations to be added in the near future. As far as approval time for your filter, the company says it should take about one business day to get a response on your submitted design. Play around with it and submit yours now here.
