Rob Kardashian has been struggling with weight issues for quite some time at this point, but he has finally found a method that works to get his old body back. He and girlfriend Blac Chyna have made a pact to have “no cheat-days” as far as their diet is concerned (and I’m going to assume in their relationship, too.)

They are not eating any fast-food and working out five times a week with a trainer along with ZERO red-meats or carbs. According to sources close to Rob, he already shed 40 pounds.
