Danielle Jones, 23, lays in a coma currently due to the injures she has sustained from the beating she took by the hands of Byron Mitchell. What reason you ask? None…just bad intentions. Hit the jump.

Ms. Jones posted an ad on CraigsList in search of a roommate to share her Downtown Miami apartment with. Byron Mitchell, who claims to be a a health and fitness business owner on Facebook, responded to the advertisement, and a week after moving in, beat Jones to a bloody pulp – leaving her in critical condition.
Jones’ mother, Aimee Cabo Nikolov, said:
“He beat her to a coma and ventilator support with various face and skull fractures, multiple injuries to include multiple cuts on her face … She was celebrating her 23rd birthday.”
Nikolov warns users of the online Classified’s to “be more careful” and maybe Craigslist should implement some background checks.
