One eyewitness caught a terrifying helicopter crash on video near USS Arizona Memorial visitor center at Pearl Harbor. According to reports, the helicopter crashed around 10:30AM on Thursday (February 18th). The chopper was property of Genesis Aviation Helicopter Tours, which gives 45-minute tours to passengers offering, “a rare opportunity to get an aerial perspective of Pearl Harbor’s Battleship.” Five passengers were on board of the helicopter when it when down in ten feet of water. All five survived the crash, although one passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was hospitalized in critical condition.
