As a result of Andrea Constand’s breaches of the 2006 Confidential Settlement Agreement, Cosby has suffered serious and irreparable harm that cannot be cured by money damages and also has suffered substantial monetary damages, in an amount to be proven at trial,” the complaint alleges. The suit also names Constand’s mother, her attorneys, and the National Enquirer’s parent company. Defendant American Media, Inc., has published and continues to publish stories regarding allegations against Mr. Cosby made by Andrea “Constand and other individuals despite its clear contractual obligations to not publish any stories relating to certain allegations against Mr. Cosby.”
Mr. Cosby truly has lost something that can not be repaid in money. That statement is true. He lost his name. During a press conference, prosecutors said,
“On the evening in question, Mr. Cosby urged [Constand] to take pills which he provided, We are able to seek justice on behalf of the victim.
Lets hope that things work in Cosby’s favor.
