All you “Good Times” lovers, there may be a suprise in the works for you! There might just be a “Good Times” movie reunion in the works.
A few of the original cast members have started a A Kickstarter campaign to help raise money. John Amos (father James Evans), Jimmie Walker (J.J.), Ralph Carter (Michael), Bern Nadette Stanis (Thelma), and Ja’Net Dubois (Willona) are trying their best to get the movie on a roll. It has been about 40 years since the show has been debuted on CBS. The film will be a “docu-dramedy-comedy.” It also will not have the help of Sony or Norman Lear who was the original producer. The movie needs atleast $1 Million to make things work. So far they have $4,000. They have 15 more days to try and reach the goal.
