50 Cent claims that his creditors in his bankruptcy case are trying to make a slave out of him and he is not for it. Sleek Audio, SunTrust Bank and Gastonia Lewiston, are three of 50’s biggest creditors. They have come up with a payback plan but I don’t think 50 is tryna hear none of that. Sources say 50 feels violated
50 believes that his 13th Amendment has been violated. For those who don’t know what that amendment is, it bans slavery and involuntary servitude. He says the plan creates a “a near-indefinite period of involuntary indentured servitude.”
He also says,
“The plan conditions [50’s] access to food and shelter on the whims of the trustee, who answers only to the [creditors].”
50 owes his creditors over $30 million.
