A New Jersey Department of Corrections has just been fired and now arrested after being caught having an intimate relationship with an inmate. Chong-Haw Chang was a teacher at the New Jersey State Prison in Trenton. She has been charged with just one count of sexual assault. Chang had a sexual relationship with the inmate over 20 times.
Chang has earned $73,000 per year and has birthed two children within her time of dealing with the inmate. the Department of Corrections searched Chang’s home and they found a diary. She gave detail on her pregnancies and also her sexual encounters with the inmate. Chang has been held on a $50,000 bond.
