Lamar Odom is doing much better lately.  As I previously reported, Odom’s cognitive function and speech are much improved as well as his mobility; so much so he was able to go on a hike with Khloe and Kim.  He’s doing so well he was also able to board a private jet with still-wife Khloe Kardashian.

The estranged, yet super close couple boarded their flight at Van Nuys Airport in L.A. just before 9 PM most likely bound for NYC, where most of the Kardashians are gathering for Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 Fashion Week Show and premiere for his new album in NYC at Madison Square Garden.

Khloe has kept her promise to nurse Odom back to health including renting a house for him near hers.
