Two Virginia Tech students are facing charges in the death of a 13-year-old girl, Nicole Lovell, who’s body was discovered Saturday in Surry County, North Carolina According to reports, 18 year-old David Eisenhauer has been charged with her abduction and murder while 19 year-old Natalie Keepers is charged with illegally disposing of a body and accessory after the fact in the commission of a felony.
Neither Eisenhauer nor Keepers have entered pleas in the case and both are expected to return to court late next month.

While the motive for the murder remains unknown, Blacksburg Police Lt. Mike Albert has said freshman Eisenhauer, “used his relationship to his advantage to abduct… and kill” Nicole. Albert assured the public that he investigation remains “very active.”
Nicole Lovell, went missing Wednesday. Her parents found her dresser pushed against her door and her window open. Her body was discovered Saturday in Surry County, North Carolina, near the Virginia border. Her parents remember their daughter as a fighter who, survived lymphoma and a liver transplant when she was 5. They said, “God got her through all that, and she fought through all that, and (Eisenhauer) took her life.”
