University of Delaware Police decided the only way to get a point across was to use whats popular. They use Drake’s “Hotline Bling” and make a parody. They call it “Copline Bling.” What a way to be creative.
The Police Department used the video as a PSA to tell the students to call them whenever they are in trouble. They tell students to call their “blue phones” whenever they feel unsafe. The Blue Hens’ mascot, YoUDee,is seen in the video also. What a dope way to try and capture the attention of students.
