Many celebrities and good hearted Americans have been donating money and water to Flint, Michigan during their water crisis. You can now add Pusha T to the list of donators. However, what makes Pusha T’s donation special is the Virginia rapper didn’t want anyone to know that the donation was from him. Hit the jump for more.
W.I. James drove 830 miles from Norfolk, Virginia to Flint with a truck full of water. The driver had no clue who purchased all the water in the truck that he was transporting.
I knew who was bringing water, but I didn’t know who was actually shipping it. All I know is that it was donated.
Pusha T teamed up with Virginia-based Partners in the Community organization to help out the Michigan city in need. The Virginia rapper donated 2,000 cases of water to Flint and tried to stay under the radar of the media, according to Lakeesha Atkinson of Partners in the Community.
He’s very humble. He doesn’t do anything for recognition or for the spotlight.
