Drake just dropped #SummerSixteen and man are the subs real. Many are trying to uncover the meaning behind the Kanye and Jay-Z references. Drake made a reference about his pool being bigger than Ye’s pool, so we had to pull it apart and see what the hype was about.
“I used to wanna be on Roc-A-Fella then I turned into Jay. Now I got a house in L.A., now I got a bigger pool than ‘Ye And look, man, ‘Ye’s pool is nice, mine’s just bigger is what I’m sayin’.”
Idk, I’m feeling like theres a little shadiness to this line. Kanye and Jay are iconic figures. So is Drake trying to say he’s worth just as much? or maybe he just wanted us to know his pool is literally bigger than Kanye’s. Drake mentions his huge pool a lot. He once did an interview with Rolling Stone where he spoke about his water obsession.
“I’m obsessed with, like, residential pools. One of my goals in life is to have the biggest residential pool on the planet.”
From pictures and videos of Drake’s pool parties, looks like his pool literally has Ye’s pool beat. Although Ye isn’t as public about his personal life and living situations, curious fans went to Google to see what the pool hype is all about. Drake was right. His pool is way bigger. He even has a waterfall. Question is, will Kanye go in on Drake for dissing something as little as a damn pool? You never know.
