Like many other women, Tyra Banks suffers from fertility issues so having a baby has been quite the journey. Luckily for her she has the means to pay whatever it costs to make a baby of her own (with her DNA) possible. With a few of her eggs and some of her boyfriend Nick Asla’s tad poles Banks was able to use a surrogate to carry a baby that will have her good genes.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram Banks shared the joy of having her miracle baby with the world,

The best present we worked and prayed so hard for is finally here. He’s got my fingers and big eyes and his daddy Erik’s mouth and chin. As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone. York Banks Asla, welcome to the world.
