Miley Cyrus went from a seemingly sweet and innocent child celebrity to a colorful weed-toting hippie in what feels like an overnight leap. From Disney to Mike Will Made It to a cast member of an upcoming Woody Allen [Antz, Scoop, etc.] series, Cyrus is working.

Allen has cast Cyrus, and Elaine May, to star in the Amazon series, which will air as six half hour episodes to take place in the 1960s.

Allen had said of the deal, “I don’t even know what a streaming service is . . . [or] what Amazon was . . . They offered a lot of money and everybody around me was pressuring me, ‘Do it, what do you have to lose?’ ”

Cyrus back on the screen … this shall be interesting.

The singer, who once sang a song about her dead fish, took to Instagram to post a funny meme of Allen and another individual with her face Photoshopped onto the person’s head taking a selfie.

“My next few months look a lot like dis,” she captions the meme.
