We all know Terrell Owens loved to celebrate when he scored a touchdown during his playing days. In fact, he and fellow receiver Chad Johnson are basically responsible for the NFL being so strict on touchdown celebrations nowadays. They would pull out all the stops after they scored and now T.O. is trying to help his fellow NFL family out by paying their fines.

Terrell Owens had a lot of opportunities to celebrate touchdowns in his career and he rarely did not take advantage of them, unleashing classic endzone performance’s like eating popcorn, signing a football with a sharpie, and borrowing the cheerleaders pompoms.
In an effort to continue his legacy of dancing, Owens is teaming up with Butterfinger to offer up to $50,000 to any player fined in the AFC and NFC Championship game or the Super Bowl for excessive celebration.
Since most fines for celebrating rarely come close to the $50K amount, you can expect Butterfinger to be shelling out some money. Then again, they picked the perfect time of the season to make this guarantee. When it comes to the conference championship games, things are so serious that players who are still playing this late in the season are focused on the task at hand and aren’t so much as interested in celebrations after a score.
