Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry hit up the very popular South Beach-based surgeon Dr. Miami for a discounted Brazilian Butt Lift to get her body right after having two kids.

However according to Dr. Miami’s Snapchat where he posts EVERYTHING, Kailyn also got some work done on her stomach and her breasts.

After a lot of people started to criticize Kailyn, she spoke out via Twitter about her decision to undergo surgery for her body:
