President Obama has said things like this before in the past but anytime he talks sports, it’s going to be news regardless. The POTUS did a “Q&A” on twitter yesterday and it didn’t take long before a basketball fan asked him about MJ, Kobe or Lebron. It’s no surprise who he went with.

The POTUS is from Chicago, so there really was no wonder as to which player he would go with. Even without the local affiliation, does anyone ever pick Kobe or Lebron over Michael Jordan? Of course not!
It’s gonna be a sad day for sports fans when Obama leaves office. No President before him and most likely after him has the same passion for sports he has and able to intertwine his duties with his love of basketball.
He also added to the lure of LSU Freshman phenom, Ben Simmons while he was in Baton Rogue, saying he will be great as well. Nothing like a comment like that from the most powerful man in the world to add more pressure to his future potential.
