According to recent reports in the Mexican newspapers, notorious kingpin El Chapo spent part of his six months on the run having erectile dysfunction surgery in Tijuana.
The newspaper Reforma states that according to their source, El Chapo underwent surgery to have a testicular implant put in place to improve blood flow. The alleged surgery required a full operating room, anesthesia and the procedure involved planting a prosthesis. Upon his capture last week, the paper also claims that authorities found injectable testosterone, syringes, antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.
Seems like El Chapo wasn’t sending those thirsty texts to Mexican actress Kate del Castillo for no reason…
