The cold winter weather has finally arrived and if you’re like me, you make sure you keep your chapstick handy. No one wants to be caught slippin’ with dry, crusty, chapped lips. However, one popular brand of lip balm is now under fire after several customers reported that their lip balm caused not only dry, cracked lips but blisters and rashes!

Celebrity endorsed lip balm, EOS, the little egg-shaped pods that come in a variety of colors is being sued by customers claiming the product has caused, severe rashes, bleeding, blistering, cracking and even loss of pigmentation.
Rachael Cronin, the customer who put class action suit in motion reports to TMZ “within hours of applying the balm, her lips felt like sandpaper, so she applied it again. She claims her lips started cracking, flaking and bleeding, creating blisters and rashes which lasted 10 days.” Gags!
