Last week, U.S. Magistrate Judge David Hennessey agreed with attorneys that Camille Cosby should wait to be deposed in the defamation case against her husband, Bill Cosby. Today, Hennessey decided that Camille will be hitting the stand in Massachusetts, while Bill will not.

Camille will give her statement on February 22.
Hennessy made the decision to hold off on Bill’s deposition due to the criminal charges he faces in Pennsylvania.

Another judge put a stop to the defamation lawsuit filed by Janice Dickinson.
The case will take the back burner until Cosby has the time to argue that the case should be thrown out, completely.
