Madonna and her son’s father, Guy Richie has been duking it out in a custody battle over her 15-year old son Rocco. It doesn’t look too good for Madonna as her son seems to enjoy being with his father. They were photographed taking a father and son bike ride in London and Rocco looks pretty content with the way things are.
According to TMZ, Rocco no longer wants to be with his mother. He left her tour about a month ago. He refused to come home for the holidays even after a judge ordered he come back to his mother on December 23. Rocco does not want to be seen under his mother’s shadow any longer. Sources say that Rocco just wants to enjoy a normal life and feel like he’s more than just a trophy son to his legend of a mother.
A friend of Madonna says,
“She is not happy. She is an excellent mother, and people can say whatever they want – but her children mean the world to her.”
The 15-year old will appear in New York family court next month. Sources say Guy Richie is ready to battle Madonna on this one. During a concert in Mexico City, Madonna spoke on her current struggles and even started to tear up. Lets hope this family can come to an agreement and leave the fighting at home.
