Lamar Odom is continuing to get better and his family deems it miraculous as the former NBA star is recovering well from a drug overdose that was nearly fatal.  Odom is now moving from an LA hospital to a private facility.

His family said late Friday, “We announce his transition to the next stage of his miraculous recovery at a new facility.”

That statement did not specify what facility Odom was heading to or for what specific purpose. Instead, the family appealed for privacy and expressed appreciation for the positive thoughts and prayers that have been sent Odom’s way.

“We THANK ALL OF YOU GREATLY, your support has been paramount in helping to uplift us during these past few difficult months,” the family said.
