DJ Khaled. Eminem. Keys to success. Hit the jump.
What could this possibly bring to the table besides platinum plaques and great music? DJ Khaled took to his Snapchat/Instagram to reveal his ownership of 1 of the 10 pairs of the Eminem 4’s that were released in November as charity for the Marshall Mathers Foundation, than went on to display his willingness of a possible verse from Em.
The King of the Anthems stated:
“It’s official. I got my Eminem Jordans. I ain’t get my verse yet, but I got my Eminem Jordans.”
Khaled has been keen on collaborating with Eminem as he pretty much collabed with nearly every rapper in the game tenfold. He’s been itching to work with Eminem since at least 2010 as he told VIBE Magazine:
“When I do get in the studio with him, I promise you, we gon’ make something so fucking crazy. I’m telling Eminem right now, if we get in the studio I know that I’m going to get the best out of Eminem, and he’s going to write the most incredible verse that he’s ever written in his life, and it’s going to be the biggest fucking anthem in the streets and it’s going to be the biggest anthem when we get together, and I know this for a fact, and God willing, it’s going to happen.”
Khaled still seems pretty passionate about working with the rap god. We can only pray and stay blessed like Khaled. Keys.
Do you think it’s happening? You be the judge.
