The Golden State Warriors are 33-2 so far this season. One loss was to the Bucks without Harrison Barnes and Kevon Looney (the game that stopped their win streak at 24) and their second loss came to the Mavericks without Stephen Curry, Festus Ezeli, Leandro Barbosa, Barnes and Looney. Some believe without the injuries they would still be undefeated. Warriors guard Klay Thompson is one of those people.

How frustrated were you about the ankle injury you suffered during the 24-game win streak?
Oh, it sucked, because I was in such a good rhythm.
You clearly weren’t in rhythm coming back from it in Milwaukee in the game that ended the streak. That must have been tough.
Yeah, it was frustrating, but that’s hoops. That’s basketball. I was lucky it wasn’t that bad. It did suck, but we were gonna lose eventually. If we were completely healthy, we probably would still be undefeated, but Milwaukee caught us at a great time and they played a great game, so that’s hoops.
Thompson could be right BUT, everyone has given the Cavaliers and their fans grief for believing they could’ve beat the Warriors if Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love were healthy so let’s not play this game.
