President Obama, who’s usually calm, cool and collected, gave an emotional speech Tuesday during a press conference to unveil his plans for gun control. In a 30- minute address to the country, Obama outlined his plans to slow down the sale of firearms and keep them out of the wrong hands.

At one point during his speech the Obama wiped away tears as he talked about the children who died during the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School. He said, “Every time I think about those kids it makes me mad.”
He continued, calling the tragedy “the worst day of my presidency” and in an effort to prevent it ever happening again the POTUS rolled out the new rules as par of his plan. Under the new plan anyone who sells guns will be required to obtain a federal seller’s license and do background-checks on the buyers.
President Obama addressed the nation saying we must “feel a sense of urgency” on gun policy reform.
