Several months ago Kid Cudi, took a trip back to his high school in Shaker Heights, Ohio to share an inspirational TED talk speech about his journey to success. The speech has recently been made available online and Cudi opens up about his years and struggles in high school, moving to New York City and how his daughter has changed his life.

Kid Cudi opens up saying;
“At one point I didn’t feel like I was smart enough to pass that test, or I didn’t feel like I was smart enough to go this college,” adding, “With music it was like, nobody’s going to take that from me.”
