Chicago rapper King Louie, real name Louis Johnson Jr., was shot in the head around 3:30 p.m. today [Dec. 23] in an Ashburn neighborhood. At the time, Louie was sitting in a vehicle.

King Louie was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he remains in stable condition. A representative says that he is “awake and talking.”
