Cosby filed the defamation suit against Johnson, Monday morning, with claims that she is hoping to light some fire under her very quiet career. He adds that the dinner, which Johnson describes as what was taking place during her assault, was not an event that took place between just the two of them; his wife was there also. In other words, how could he have found the time to drug and sexually assault anyone.
Johnson’s “false allegations against Mr. Cosby have been the centerpiece of her attempted resurgence and she has played them to the hilt, repeatedly and maliciously publishing the false accusations in articles, interviews, and television appearances,” Cosby’s lawsuit states.
As of now, there are unspecified numbers for damages and an injunction that puts a halt in Johnson’s storytelling, according to Page Six.
