What rhymes with karma? Martin Shkreli. Not at all actually, but nevertheless…
The disgraced pharmaceutical exec who became known earlier this year when he raised the price on an HIV/cancer treatment from $13.50 per pill to $750 per pill (it costs $1 to make, by the way,) is now behind bars for fraud. This comes just after he purchased the 1-of-1 Wu-Tang album for $2 million – which he now says he may sue RZA over because he doesn’t like RZA’s comments about him once he found out he was the AIDS pill guy. Yeah, he’s a gem.

The only downside of this is Shkreli was planning on bailing Bobby Shmurda out soon, as he revealed in a ridiculous interview with HipHopDX this week. You have to read it in full here. But as previously stated, he probably won’t get very far, as he was arrested by the FBI this morning in New York for securities fraud.
The 32-year-old ex-hedge fund manager has been charged for illegally taking stock from a biotech firm he started, and using it to pay off debts from other business deals. This sounds like it could be messy! We’ll give you more details as they’re available.
