Early Wednesday morning, police were called by producer Memphitz’ landlord, following a heated dispute between the two.

The landlord accused Memphitz of issuing death threats after he mentioned to the “famous tenant” about excessive noise and partying in the building. The landlord claims Memphitz stormed off during the dispute, but not before he said that he would be back with a gun to handle things the street way.

911 was called, and they came to West Hollywood with guns drawn. Fortunately, Memphitz was not there when they arrived.

In a statement to TMZ, the husband to Toya Wright denies all claims. He also takes to social media to ask for one favor. Check it out below.
